- Representative Berman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from May 7, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. At 10:37 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 10:40 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. The Chair laid HB 4335 before the committee: HB 4335 (Rep. Yaroch) A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled “Occupational code,” by amending sections 1110 and 1205 (MCL 339.1110 and 339.1205), section 1110 as amended by 2014 PA 137 and section 1205 as amended by 1997 PA 97. Representative Robinson spoke to the amendment. Representative Robinson offered the following amendment to HB 4335: 1. Amend page 2, line 10, after “with” by striking out “1 or more” and inserting “not fewer than 2”.
