Representative Koleszar offered the following amendment to HB 4208: 1. Amend page 10, line 11, after "TEACHER." by inserting "IF AN INDIVIDUAL IS UNABLE TO CONDUCT AN EVALUATION DUE TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SUBDIVISION AND IF ANOTHER TEACHER WHO TEACHES AT THE SCHOOL IN WHICH THAT INDIVIDUAL'S FAMILY MEMBER TEACHES SUBMITS A REQUEST, IN A FORM AND MANNER PRESCRIBED BY THE BOARD OR BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THAT HIS OR HER EVALUATION IS CONDUCTED BY ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL, THEN THE BOARD OR BOARD OF DIRECTORS SHALL ENSURE THAT HIS OR HER EVALUATION IS CONDUCTED BY ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL.".
