Reilly) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled “Natural resources and environmental protection act,” by amending section 40112 (MCL 324.40112), as amended by 2015 PA 12. Representative Reilly explained the amendment. Representative Reilly offered the following amendment to HB 4340: 1. Amend page 1, line 8, by inserting "engaged in the process of".
