- Representative Wentworth moved to adopt substitute (H-3) to SB 0294. The motion prevailed 11-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Iden, Lilly, Leutheuser, Griffin, Hauck, Kahle, Wentworth, Warren, Byrd, Neeley, Hertel. Nays: None. Pass: None. Senator Zorn, and Representative Webber, introduced the bill to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Senator Zorn testified in support of SB 0294. The following people submitted a testimony card in support of the bill, but did not wish to speak: Jennifer Smith, representing the Michigan Association of School Boards.
