The Chair laid SB 0228 before the committee: SB 0228 (Sen. Runestad) A bill to create a suicide prevention commission within the legislative council and to prescribe its powers and duties; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state officers and entities. Krista Vincent, representing Senator Runestad, and Corbin Standley, representing the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, testified in support of the bill.
