LaSata) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled" Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending section 5505 (MCL 324.5505), as amended by 2005 PA 57. Senator Kim LaSata testified in support of SB 0255. Doug Needham, representing Michigan Aggregates Association, testified in support of SB 0255. Sarah Howes & Mary Ann Dalehanty, representing Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy, testified in support of SB 0255. The Michigan Association of Conservation Districts gave a presentation. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Gary Howell adjourned the meeting at 12:33 PM.
