Questions and discussion followed. A copy of her handout is attached. Marnie Wills, Deputy Director in the Office of Policy and Legislative Affairs in the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, submitted a testimony card in support of the (H-1) substitute, but did not wish to speak. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation on the Office of Children's Ombudsman. Lisa McCormick, Director, and Randy Speidel, Deputy Director of the Office of Children’s Ombudsman (OCO), did a PowerPoint presentation on the mission and role of their office.
