Vaupel) A bill to amend 1974 PA 258, entitled “Mental health code,” by amending sections 100b and 772 (MCL 330.1100b and 330.1772), section 100b as amended by 2014 PA 200 and section 772 as added by 1995 PA 290, and by adding section 206a; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.
