Hornberger) A bill to amend 1846 RS 84, entitled "Of divorce," (MCL 552.1 to 552.45) by adding section 6a. Representative Pamela Hornberger, the bill sponsor, explained HB 5296 to the committee, and introduced Michael D. Wendling, the St. Clair County Prosecuting Attorney, who testified in support of HB 5296. Questions followed.
