The Chair laid HR 216 before the committee: HR 216 (Rep. Anthony) A resolution to urge Major League Baseball to continue its support for minor-league baseball teams. Representative Sarah Anthony explained HR 126, and introduced the Mayor of the City of Lansing, Andy Schor, who testified in support of HR 216. Questions and discussion followed.
