The Chair laid HB 4035 before the committee: HB 4035 (Rep. Ellison) A bill to prohibit a local unit of government from enacting or enforcing an ordinance, policy, resolution, or rule that regulates a dog based upon the breed or perceived breed of the dog; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain local governmental entities.
