- Representative Steven Johnson moved to adopt the meeting minutes from December 11, 2019. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5602 before the committee: HB 5602 (Rep. Wakeman) A bill to amend 1972 PA 230, entitled "Stille- DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act," by amending section 28a (MCL 125.1528a), as amended by 2018 PA 332. Henry Wolf, representing the Office of Representative Wakeman, testified in support of HB 5602. At 10:34 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 10:35 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. Representative Coleman offered the following amendment to HB 5602: 1. Amend page 2, line 3, after "associated" by inserting "low-voltage".
