Tim Langholz, representing Senator Barrett's Office, testified in support of SB 686. The Chair laid SB 173 before the committee: SB 173 (Sen. Stamas) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 676d (MCL 257.676d), as added by 2014 PA 303.
