Amend page 11, line 13, after "a" by striking out the balance of the line through "verification." on line 16 and inserting "service in which an individual enters into a valid contract that delineates what the individual is permitted to do and requires that information from the individual's state-issued identification be provided, retained, or disseminated, which may include services related to travel, venue access, health status, or age verification.".
