The Chair laid SB 756 before the committee: SB 756 (Sen. Johnson) A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled "Michigan election law," by amending section 765a (MCL 168.765a), as added by 2018 PA 123. Senator Johnson testified in support of SB 756 (H-1). Questions and discussion followed. Chris Swope & Mary Clark, representing the Michigan Association of Municipal Clerks, testified in support of SB 756 (H-1). Questions and discussion followed.
