Representative Sowerby offered the following amendments to HB 5910 (H-1): 1. Amend page 5, line 11, after "(d)" by striking out "Except as otherwise provided under subdivision (g), all" and inserting "All". 2. Amend page 5, line 17, after "(f)" by striking out "Except as otherwise provided under subdivision (g), the" and inserting "The". 3. Amend page 5, line 23, by striking out all of subdivision (g) and relettering the remaining subdivisions. Representative Sowerby spoke to his amendments.
