At 10:36 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. Representative Tyrone Carter offered the following amendment to HB 5912 (H-2). : 1. Amend page 12, line 23, after "that" by striking out the balance of the subsection and inserting "has an approved phase plan aligned with the MI Safe Schools plan issued by the COVID-19 task force on education and the return to school advisory council created under Executive Order No. 2020-88.". Representative Tyrone Carter spoke to his amendment.
