Representative Brenda Carter offered the following amendments to HB 5913 (H-2). : 1. Amend page 45, line 3, by striking out all of subsection (8) and renumbering the remaining subsections. 2. Amend page 45, line 17, after "district" by striking out the balance of the line through "(8)" on line 18. 3. Amend page 46, line 9, after "assessments" by striking out the balance of the line through "(8)" on line 10. 4. Amend page 46, line 19, by striking out "(9) or (10)" and inserting "(8) or (9)". 5. Amend page 46, line 21, by striking out all of subsection (12) and renumbering the remaining subsections. Representative Brenda Carter Spoke to her amendments.
