Representative Hornberger offered the following amendment to HB 5913 (H-2): 1. Amend page 47, line 1, after "subsection." by inserting "The benchmark assessment data under this subsection may also be used to measure students’ growth based on their performance on state summative assessments to identify districts and schools where student achievement has increased or decreased. After the administration of statewide assessments resumes, the department shall also provide a report to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on state school aid and the house and senate fiscal agencies identifying the specific student groups whose expected trajectory towards grade-level proficiency were most impacted by school closures.". Representative Hornberger spoke to her amendment.
