Amend page 15, following line 7, by inserting: "(i) A requirement that, if the district provides in-person pupil instruction to pupils in any of grades K to 5 for the 2020-2021 school year, the district shall ensure that both of the following are met: (i) Either of the following: (A) Plastic or plexiglass barriers are placed between pupils' desks, as applicable. (B) Teachers are provided with moveable plastic or plexiglass partitions.
