The Chair laid SB 897 before the committee: SB 897 (Sen. LaSata) A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled "Michigan liquor control code of 1998," by amending section 536 (MCL 436.1536), as amended by 2019 PA 131. Senator LaSata testified in support of SB 897.
