- Representative Hope moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 25, 2021. There being no objections, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation given by union representatives from the Operating Engineers, Local 324. William Miller, Political Director for the Operating Engineers, Local 324, testified on the various road safety issues the operating engineers are experiencing in the state. Questions followed. John Hartwell Career and Outreach Representative for the Operating Engineers, Local, testified on the various employment opportunities in the operating engineers field. Questions followed. Copies of his handouts are attached. There being no further business before the committee; Representative Sabo moved that the committee adjourn.
