Representative Outman made remarks to the committee. Representative Outman motioned that the House Oversight Committee vote to authorize the Chair, to issue and have served, a subpoena on Robert Gordon to compel his testimony in this committee regarding his January 2021 separation from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the severance and confidentiality agreement entered into with the state following his departure.
