The Chair laid HB 4240 and HB 4241 before the committee: HB 4240 (Rep. Yaroch) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled "Revised judicature act of 1961," by amending section 4708 (MCL 600.4708), as amended by 2014 PA 333. HB 4241 (Rep. Wozniak) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 625n (MCL 257.625n), as amended by 2010 PA 155. Representative Wozniak and Representative Yaroch, testified together in support of HB 4240 and HB 4241. Questions and discussion followed.
