Representative Outman moved to adopt the meeting minutes from October 14, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid the discussion on Drinking Water Safety Issues in the City of Benton Harbor before the committee. Liesl Clark, and Eric Oswald, representing the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, testified in regard to the discussion on Drinking Water Safety Issues in the City of Benton Harbor. Questions and discussion followed. Bishop James Atterberry, testified in regard to the discussion on Drinking Water Safety Issues in the City of Benton Harbor. Mayor Marcus Muhammad, Alexander Little, and Chris Cook, representing the City of Benton Harbor, testified in regard to the discussion on Drinking Water Safety Issues in the City of Benton Harbor. Questions and discussion followed. Reverend Carlton Lynch, wished to testify in regard to the discussion on Drinking Water Safety Issues in the City of Benton Harbor. But was unable to, due to time constraints. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Steven Johnson adjourned the meeting at 11:57 AM.
