Representative LaFave moved to adopt the amendments to HB 5358. The motion prevailed 8- 0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Howell, Markkanen, LaFave, Wakeman, Martin, Sowerby, Cambensy, Aiyash. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Cambensy offered the following amendments to HB 5358: 1. Amend page 6, following line 25, by inserting: "(vii) An individual who provides assistance when a hunting client is not present. (viii) An individual who is compensated for providing assistance to an individual with a disability or physical limitation. As used in this subparagraph, "individual with a disability or physical limitation" means a disabled person as that term is defined in section 19a of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.19a.". 2. Amend page 7, line 15, by striking out all of enacting section 2 and inserting: "Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 101st Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 5359. (b) House Bill No. 5360.".
