- Representative Yaroch moved to report out HB 5554 with recommendation, as substitute (H- 1). The motion prevailed 6-1-2: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Steven Johnson, Outman, Hoitenga, Reilly, Yaroch, O'Malley. Nays: Rep. Brixie. Pass: Reps. LaGrand, Young. The following people submitted a card in opposition to HB 5528, HB 5549 and HB 5550, but did not wish to speak: Dr. Bonnie Anderson. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 5549, HB 5550, HB 5551, HB 5552, HB 5553 and HB 5554, but did not wish to speak: Sean Sorenson-Abbott, representing the Michigan Health and Hospital Association. Kristie Walls. The following people submitted a card in opposition to HB 5551, HB 5553 and HB 5554, but did not wish to speak: Rachael Wineland, representing the Unemployment Insurance Agency.
