Representative Martin moved to adopt substitute (H-5) to HB 5306. The motion prevailed 11- 0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Wendzel, Roth, Alexander, Farrington, Wakeman, Martin, Cambensy, Cherry, Manoogian, Whitsett, Liberati. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Cherry offered the following amendments to HB 5306 (H-5): 1. Amend page 3, line 12, after "2046" by inserting "or, with respect to an enterprise data center subject to a certificate that is located on the property included in a brownfield plan under the brownfield redevelopment financing act, 1996 PA 381, MCL 125.2651 to 125.2670, or on property that was once an industrial site used primarily as a power plant to generate electricity for sale, through December 31, 2061". 2. Amend page 8, line 19, after "2046" by inserting "or, for a facility that is located on the property included in a brownfield plan under the brownfield redevelopment financing act, 1996 PA 381, MCL 125.2651 to 125.2670, or on property that was once an industrial site used primarily as a power plant to generate electricity for sale, through December 31, 2061".
