Representative Markkanen moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 8, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 5703 before the committee: HB 5703 (Rep. Glenn) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," (MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 10a. Representative Stone offered the following amendment to HB 5703: 1-. Amend page 1, line 3, after "of" by striking out the balance of the line through "directors." on page 2 line 7 and inserting "the state constitution of 1963 is distributed at each meeting of the board of the school district or intermediate school district or board of directors of the public school academy, as applicable.".
