- Representative Sneller moved to adopt the meeting minutes from January 26, 2022. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation on energy storage. Laura Sherman, President, Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council; Mike Alpogianis, Battery Storage Engineer Manager, Invenergy; Nina Peluso, Policy Advisor, Form Energy; and Julian Boggs, Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Key Capture Energy, gave a presentation to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Jamie O'Brien, representing Advanced Energy Storage, LLC., addressed questions from the committee.
