LaFave, Beeler, Eisen, Bezotte, Martin, Anthony, Coleman and Steenland. Nays: None. Pass: Rep. Rogers. The Chair laid HB 5565 before the committee: HB 5565 (Rep. Shannon) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," by amending section 7b (MCL 211.7b), as amended by 2013 PA 161. Representative Shannon introduced the bill. Questions and discussion followed.
