Brann) A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled "Michigan liquor control code of 1998," by amending section 1201 (MCL 436.2201). HB 5772 (Rep. Martin) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled "Revised judicature act of 1961," by amending section 181 (MCL 600.181), as amended by 2016 PA 292. HB 5773 (Rep. Mueller) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending section 907 (MCL 257.907), as amended by 2020 PA 382. HB 5569 (Rep. Brann) A bill to amend 1846 RS 14, entitled "Of county officers," by amending section 77 (MCL 51.77), as amended by 1982 PA 313. Representative Martin and Representative Brann testified in support of the bills. Questions and discussion followed. At 2:09 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease.
