The Chair laid HB 5671 and HB 5704 before the committee: HB 5671 (Rep. Alexander) A bill to amend 2000 PA 92, entitled "Food law," by amending section 4102 (MCL 289.4102), as amended by 2012 PA 178. HB 5704 (Rep. Glenn) A bill to amend 2000 PA 92, entitled "Food law," by amending sections 1105 and 4102 (MCL 289.1105 and 289.4102), section 1105 as amended by 2014 PA 516 and section 4102 as amended by 2012 PA 178. Substitute (H-1) to HB 5671 was previously adopted on February 16th, 2022. Substitute (H-1) to HB 5704 was previously adopted on February 16th, 2022. At 10:35 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 10:36 AM, Majority Vice Chair Posthumus called the committee back to order.
