Bellino) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 7453 (MCL 333.7453), as added by 1988 PA 139. SB 996 (Sen. Representative Bellino and Senator Chang testified in support of HB 5982 and SB 996. Questions and discussion followed.
