The Chair laid HB 4416 before the committee: HB 4416 (Rep. Anthony) A bill to prohibit the recording of deeds or other instruments relating to real property that contain certain restrictive covenants or conditions; to make such restrictions unenforceable; and to provide remedies with respect to those instruments. Remy Gelderloss, from Representative Anthony's office, and Charles Hobbs, representing the Lansing ACLU, explained substitute (H-2) to HB 4416.
