The Chair laid HB 6020 before the committee: HB 6020 (Rep. Kahle) A bill to establish a student mental health apprenticeship retention and training (SMART) internship grant program; to prescribe conditions for the administration of the student mental health apprenticeship retention and training (SMART) internship grant program; to prescribe certain powers and duties of certain state officers, agencies, and departments; and to require the promulgation of rules.
