Horn) A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled "Michigan vehicle code," by amending sections 2b, 642, and 665 (MCL 257.2b, 257.642, and 257.665), sections 2b and 665 as amended by 2016 PA 332 and section 642 as amended by 2012 PA 498, and by adding sections 665c, 665d, and 666a. The Chair explained proposed substitute (H-2) to SB 706.
