The Chair laid HB 6067 before the committee: HB 6067 (Rep. VanSingel) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending section 502 (MCL 324.502), as amended by 2004 PA 587. Representative VanSingel testified in support of HB 6067. Taylor Ridderbusch, Legislative Laison, and Scott Whitcomb, Director of the Office of Public Lands, both representing the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, testified in support of HB 6067.
