The Chair laid HB 4678 and HB 4679 before the committee: HB 4678 (Rep. Cherry) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 5474d. HB 4679 (Rep. Scott) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 9206 (MCL 333.9206), as amended by 1996 PA 540. Representative Cherry and Representative Scott testified in support of HB 4678 and HB 4679. Questions and discussion followed.
