The Chair laid HB 4646, HB 4827, SB 362, SB 364, SB 422 and SB 432 before the committee: HB 4646 (Rep. Bolden) A bill to amend 1992 PA 147, entitled "Neighborhood enterprise zone act," by amending sections 2 and 3 (MCL 207.772 and 207.773), section 2 as amended by 2020 PA 3 and section 3 as amended by 2008 PA 204. HB 4827 (Rep. Roth) A bill to provide for the establishment of residential housing districts in certain local governmental units; to provide for the exemption from certain taxes; to levy and collect a specific tax upon the owners of certain qualified residential facilities; to provide for the disposition of the tax; to provide for the obtaining and transferring of an exemption certificate and to prescribe the contents of those certificates; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officials; and to provide penalties. SB 362 (Sen. Brinks) A bill to provide for the establishment of attainable housing districts in certain local governmental units; to provide for the exemption from certain taxes; to levy and collect a specific tax upon the owners of certain qualified facilities; to provide for the disposition of the tax; to provide for the obtaining and transferring of an exemption certificate and to prescribe the contents of those certificates; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officials; and to provide penalties. SB 364 (Sen.
