The Chair laid SB 1012 before the committee: SB 1012 (Sen. VanderWall) A bill to establish a student mental health apprenticeship retention and training (SMART) internship grant program; to prescribe conditions for the administration of the student mental health apprenticeship retention and training (SMART) internship grant program; to prescribe certain powers and duties of certain state officers, agencies, and departments; and to require the promulgation of rules. Senator Vanderwall testified in support of SB 1012.
