The Chair laid the presentation from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation before the committee. President and CEO Quentin Messer, joined by Managing Director Greg Bird, both representing the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, provided a presentation on The SOAR Fund: A Tool for Securing Team Michigan's Future. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Witwer adjourned the meeting at 9:55 AM.
