The Chair stated that the committee will follow Chapter IV, stated in the House standing Rules, that were adopted on the House Floor. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation by John LaMacchia, Jennifer Rigterink and Herasanna Richards from the Michigan Municipal League. Questions and discussion followed.
