Chair Hope laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. Questions and discussion followed. The Chair laid HB 4202 before the committee: HB 4202 (Rep. Pohutsky) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," by amending section 520l (MCL 750.520l), as amended by 1988 PA 138. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4202, but did not wish to speak: Mary Pollock, representing the Michigan National Organization for Women.
