Glanville) A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled "Michigan election law," by amending section 759a (MCL 168.759a), as amended by 2022 PA 197; and to repeal acts and parts of acts. HB 4413 (Rep. Hood) A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled "Michigan campaign finance act," by amending sections 3, 6, and 9 (MCL 169.203, 169.206, and 169.209), section 3 as amended by 2017 PA 119 and sections 6 and 9 as amended by 2019 PA 93.
