The Chair laid HB 4279 and HB 4549 before the committee: HB 4279 (Rep. VanderWall) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," by amending sections 681 and 684 (MCL 380.681 and 380.684), section 681 as amended by 2016 PA 532 and section 684 as amended by 2016 PA 535. HB 4549 (Rep. Shannon) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," by amending section 1233 (MCL 380.1233), as amended by 2021 PA 149. Representative VanderWall and Tim Rigling, Assistant Superintendent of Career Technical Education for the Wexford-Missaukee Intermediate School District, testified in support of HB 4279.
