Cherry) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending section 40118 (MCL 324.40118), as amended by 2022 PA 23. Katie Olkowski, representing the Office of Senator Cherry, and Taylor Ridderbusch, representing the Department of Natural Resources, testified in support of SB 52. Questions and discussion followed. Justin Tomei, representing the Michigan United Conservation Clubs, testified in support of SB 52.
