The Chair laid a presentation by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs before the committee. Paige Fults, Director of the Office of Policy and Legislative Affairs, and Jay Calewarts, Director of Adult Foster Care Licensing and Camps, representing the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs gave a presentation on Adult Foster Care.
