The Chair laid SB 176, SB 330, SB 364 and HCR 4 before the committee: SB 176 (Sen. Santana) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," by amending section 7b (MCL 211.7b), as amended by 2013 PA 161. SB 330 (Sen. Cavanagh) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," (MCL 211.1 to 211.155) by adding section 7c. SB 364 (Sen. Damoose) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," by amending section 53b (MCL 211.53b), as amended by 2022 PA 141. HCR 4 (Rep. Conlin) A concurrent resolution to urge Congress to amend 38 USC § 5304 and 10 USC § 12316 to permit members of the United States reserves and National Guard to receive full or partial active service pay in tandem with disability compensation from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Representative T. Carter offered the following amendments to SB 176: 1. Amend page 2, line 15, after "The" by striking out "county treasurer shall cancel". 2. Amend page 2, line 16, after "act" by inserting "shall be canceled".
