Brenda Carter, McFall, Coleman, Stone, Breen, Rogers, Scott, Fitzgerald. Nays: None. Pass: Reps. Harris, Markkanen, Bezotte, Aragona, Bruck, Neyer, Smit. Representative Rogers offered the following amendments to SB 358: 1. Amend page 2, line 12, after "is" by striking out the balance of the subsection and inserting "the de minimis variation as described in 45 CFR 156.140.". 2. Amend page 3, line 21, after "2213b," by striking out "or to". 3. Amend page 3, line 22, after "147.140" by inserting a comma and "or a catastrophic plan as described in 45 CFR 156.155".
